JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of resources, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a productive work environment. This role requires a strong leader who can align operational strategies with business goals while maintaining a focus on profitability and growth.

  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives.
  • Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects.
  • Analyze and maintain operational data and monitor resource allocation.
  • Create and adhere to spending budgets as approved by upper management.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work.
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
  • Maintains and controls real time ERP system implementation.
  • Approves cost calculation standards for quotes.
  • Approves and initiates all operating cost controls and implementation.
  • Sets up work instruction, workflow, and document flow for the company.
  • Approve AP Invoice entries.
  • Release payments from bank.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
