ABOUT SUNDAY STREET:

Sunday Street located one minute walk from Scholars Hotel is a new start up hospitality brand under the Scholars Hotel Group, dedicated to delivering unique, community-driven guest experiences. With a commitment to creative excellence and operational integrity, Sunday Street will be serving Neapolitan Pizza and provincial small plates. The restaurant serves approx 80 covers with a function room with capacity for 120 covers. A Daytime Cafe is also situated within the property along with 12 brand new Boutique rooms.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager to lead our Sunday Street property. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how to cultivate a standout guest experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team.
• Maintain and exceed guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Liaise with the Directors on strategic and brand initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
