We are now looking to expand our 100+ strong Adriatics team with an Operations Manager to own implementations projects, drive efficient decision making and ensure high performance of our implementation teams. About the role: As Operations Manager you will be accountable for driving efficient implementations and ensure customer success through service delivery, proactive relationship management, and people management of our implementation consultants. This means you will be managing all project implementations phases from planning to delivery within defined timelines, quality, and budget. You will collaborate with external stakeholders and managing internal teams to ensure high quality of results, team motivation and satisfaction. What do we have to offer? Which tasks can you expect? Lead implementation of HRnet application for new clients, related services, and internal development projects. Manage all project phases, including planning, internal and external team coordination, and delivery within defined timeframes, quality, and budget constraints. Provide clear direction, regular feedback, and support professional development to the team of 6 - 10 Database Developers and HR Business Consultants. Lead team members to foster engagement, growth, and high performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery and develop and continuously improve project management methodologies. Own customer relationships for up to five major existing clients, and act as the main liaison between customers and SD Worx teams Drive customer satisfaction and retention by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, managing complaints, and aligning expectations. Conduct regular governance reviews (monthly/quarterly) and maintain proactive communication. Prepare regular reports on project progress, outcomes, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and management. Manage stakeholder relationships, including partners, subcontractors, and SD Worx countries. Lead eNPS improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions. What do you have to offer? Several years of experience in leading product implementation teams, including successful customer relationship management. Strong technical knowledge is a major advantage (e.g., SQL, data management). Very strong ability to make informed technical and domain-related decisions, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Comprehensive knowledge of service delivery processes, Service Level Agreements, and best practices. Ability to anticipate changes, adapt proactively, and share insights with the team. Resolve complaints effectively, identify service gaps, and propose improvements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong sense of ownership. Good command of English. Responsibilities
