REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or related roles, ideally within a game industry environment.
- Skills: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage complex projects.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Fluent in both local language and English.
- Sales Enablement: Experience creating enablement resources for sales teams and collaborating closely with sales leadership.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the launch and expansion strategies for our newly developed B2C solutions. In addition, this role will be key to enable growth of SEA region in expansion of Xsolla APAC. The Operations Manager will work closely with product, marketing, business development, and customer success teams to drive growth.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive launch and expansion strategies, identifying target segments, and optimizing cross-functional processes to bring new products and features to market. This is a highly strategic and visible role where you will have a direct impact on the company’s success and growth trajectory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- GTM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and personas based on data and market insights.
- Create messaging and positioning frameworks to clearly articulate the value proposition to target customers.Manage cross-functional GTM plans, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, and use this information to inuence product and marketing strategies.
- Develop insights on customer segments, personas, and pain points to rene GTM strategies and ensure product-market fit.
- Monitor KPIs to track the success of GTM initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Region Specic Expansion and Growth
- Identify expansion opportunity from the manager’s region and execute tasks to tangible growth for the APAC team.
- Specialize growth opportunity from the manager’s region and create customized plan to capture growth into KPI metrics.
Increase Xsolla brand awareness within SEA and manager’s region by assisting and accomplishing successful local events and partnerships.
Cross-functional Project Management
- Act as the project manager for GTM initiatives, driving alignment and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Organize and lead regular cross-functional GTM syncs to review progress, address blockers, and adjust plans as needed.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and shared goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization •
- Set, track, and report on the KPIs and success metrics for each GTM initiative, identifying areas for optimization.
- Use data and analysis to strengthen current and new partnerships
- Regularly present GTM results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
