Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to our long-term success. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring that our production and distribution processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with different departments to improve performance and ensure that we meet customer expectations. If you have a strategic mindset and a passion for operational excellence, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities across departments. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Lead and mentor the operational team to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to stay competitive. Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution sector. Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
