JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the effectiveness of systems and processes across our operations. The successful candidate will lead performance-driven business practices, develop robust operational metrics, and implement strategies to identify and resolve performance challenges. A key focus will be on proactive operational planning and driving continuous improvement. You will also play a pivotal role in shift briefings, ensuring the operational plan is clearly communicated and executed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly and monthly operational updates to the Senior Manager or Director, covering performance, employee activity, sub-contractor coordination, and the execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, leading teams with clear delegation and effective workflow monitoring.
  • Foster client loyalty and support business growth through proactive relationship management and tailored recommendations.
  • Deliver strong leadership to the client service team, ensuring high morale, collaboration, and consistent financial performance.
  • Set ambitious team objectives and create a supportive environment that encourages feedback, development, and recognition.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to contribute to proposals, presentations, and client site visits.
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable, measurable operational plans.
  • Demonstrate experience managing operations with a track record of implementing successful change initiatives.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage change and seize opportunities.
  • Prioritise effectively in a fast-paced operational setting, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills in high-demand environments.
