Job Details Job Location: Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown - Los Angeles, CA 90017 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $8,000.00 Salary/year Operations Managers are responsible for the management of several hotel locations. They supervise several salaried management employees and may supervise non-exempt employees as well. Responsible for the recruiting, selection, training and performance evaluation of employees Participate in the budget development and management process Create and plan programs and projects that adhere to approved budgets and schedules, and oversees their implementation Develop, maintain and enhance client relationships Conduct preliminary review of all reports, budgets, revenues and expenses to ensure accuracy Oversee revenue control for area of responsibility; may include report and budget development Monitor revenue control measures to ensure performance to budget Analyze data for recommendations including, but not limited to competitive analysis Interact directly with clients to maintain and enhance client relationships; may be responsible for new business development Monitor handling of customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction Work in developing operational standards to achieve operational excellence Oversee the staffing of area of Operations including, but not limited to recruitment and selection of management staff Responsible for the performance management and development of the staff Qualifications
