OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years experience in operations management or within the construction industry in Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication across the organization.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use of company assets.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for the President’s review.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges effectively.
