• Handle repair order management, ensuring efficient job turnarounds and meticulous documentation.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing escalations, upholding promises, and maintaining communicative transparency.
• Collaborate with parts, sales, and operations to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with corporate and industry-specific regulations.
• Gauge shop efficiency through performance metrics and refine processes as necessary.
• Facilitate recruitment, training, and development of service staff.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring all tools and equipment remain serviceable.
