Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipping, delivery, and warehouse operations
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, agents, and shipping partners
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries
• Handle operational issues and resolve delays efficiently
• Supervise and support the operations team
• Maintain accurate shipping and operational records
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
• Prepare basic operational reports and monitor KPIs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Good knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
