JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our signage division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in signage production, fabrication, and installation, with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and ensure timely project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the signage industry (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes
• Proven team management and project coordination skills
• Familiarity with signage design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory

• Oversee daily operations of signage projects from design to installation

• Improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and regulations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and service delivery.
