Manage and supervise all day-to day operations - including FDW sourcing, documentation, arrival logistics, medicals, matching, deployment, aftercare.
Ensure efficiciency, productivity, and smooth execution of processes to achieve business goals. Able to multitask and liaise with overseas agents regarding candidates’ status and progress.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies,
managing budgets and resources, and leading the team to foster growth and profitability. Ensure customer satisfaction for both new and returning clients by providing responsive, respectful, and professional service. Leadership responsibilities include training, supervising, and motivating staff while fostering a positive work environment.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyse financial datas and performance metrics.
Be the compliance gatekeeper : ensure adherence to MOM regulations, EA licensing requirements, and audit readiness.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• CEI certified
• Proven experience in similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operations practises.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving , and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial acumen for budget managment and performance analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams.
• Industry-specific knowlege is a must.
