OPERATIONS MANAGER – SPA & WELLNESS

Location: Singapore, Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: SGD 8,000 – SGD 10,000 + Profit Sharing
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and drive the success of our spa and wellness business. This is a strategic leadership role that requires expertise in sales, training, digital marketing, and day-to-day operations.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the beauty/wellness industry
  • Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving KPIs
  • Skilled in training , coaching , and team motivation
  • Familiar with live streaming and content creation for marketing purposes
  • Sound knowledge of spa operation legal requirements in Singapore
  • Competent in accounting, budgeting , and operations planning
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and staff
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
