Responsibilities

As our Operations Manager, you will serve as the owner’s right hand, transforming big-picture visions into tangible results by owning daily operations across production, scheduling, and customer service to ensure efficiency and accountability. You will partner directly with the owner to set and achieve aggressive growth targets, identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable processes along the way. A decisive and scrappy leader, you will build and develop a high-level leadership team that can execute effectively, making data-driven decisions while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability. Holding your teams accountable and enforcing a culture of A-Players only, you will lead with urgency, clarity, and decisiveness to drive our success and position us for explosive growth.
