  • Job Summary: Operations Manager - Specialised Cleaning (Ireland & UK) will oversee and manage professional specialised cleaning teams within these regions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the cleaning industry and a proven track record of managing large teams and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel across Ireland and the UK as required.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
