Roles & Responsibilities

• HSE, Maintenance, Projects, Commercial & Operations Compliance will be the core responsibility.
• Lead, develop and implement Operations Support strategy in all areas of responsibility ensuring alignment with Sunrise Group’s overall strategic direction.
• Direct and optimize daily terminal operations in accordance with relevant procedures and UAE legislation while delivering impeccable HSSE performance.
• Drive sustainability initiatives for QHSE and oversee implementation of social audits (SEDEX).
• Control stock loss within limits during vessel discharge.
• Coordinate with HFZA related work in Engineering/Environment.
• Lead projects within the terminal.
• Handle terminal, insurance, port documentation timely and accurately.
• Manage compliance matters with HFZ, port authority, customs, and external authorities timely.

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage terminal operations, ensuring operational excellence, HSSE compliance, regulatory compliance, and efficient utilization of terminal facilities.
