We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations team in Finland.
You’ll lead and optimize our operations in Finland and Sweden, overseeing 3 hubs with the key goal of ensuring the high performance, reliability, and seamless delivery of our robot services across these locations.
You’ll also be leading a team of two direct reports who collectively oversee approximately 10 people across our operational and service teams, including robot technicians and field assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Managing daily robot delivery operations to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Leading and developing a team of 2 direct reports, collectively overseeing approximately 14 people across our expanding operational and service teams, fostering a motivated and safety-conscious environment
  • Supervising the robot fleet’s deployment, utilization, and maintenance, coordinating with technical teams for servicing
  • Optimizing processes and efficiency by analyzing data to improve service quality and reduce costs
  • Building strong relationships with local partners, merchants, and authorities to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitoring performance KPIs, tracking deliveries, robot uptime, team productivity, and reporting to regional management
  • Managing operational budgets for Finland, efficiently allocating resources like robots, vehicles, and personnel
  • Leading new market expansion, including operational setup, hub finding, deployment, and team onboarding in Finland and the Nordics
  • Ensuring safety and compliance across all operations by adhering to protocols and local regulations
  • Resolving complex operational issues as the primary contact, troubleshooting, and implementing effective solutions
