We are seeking a commercially aware and delivery-focused Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful execution of our structural steel projects. This leadership role centres on coordinating the performance of key team members—including the Design Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Factory Supervisor, and Erection Supervisor—to ensure the seamless delivery of every package from design through fabrication to installation.
You won’t be managing every detail personally, but you will be accountable for making sure the right people are aligned, the right actions are happening at the right time, and that each department delivers to programme, budget, and quality expectations. You’ll be the key link across design, commercial, production, and site operations—ensuring smooth handovers, resolving blockers, and driving performance at every stage.
