EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in management roles with a focus on operations or related fields.
• Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience in profit & loss management and financial oversight.
• Familiarity with business development strategies and sales processes is preferred.
