JOB DESCRIPTION:

Superb Group is seeking a highly driven and organized Operations Manager to lead our production and fleet teams and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing landscaping and snow removal company. Reporting directly to the President, this role plays a critical part in ensuring field execution is efficient, well-supported, and aligned with company standards.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong logistical skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep teams moving and systems running smoothly — all while solving problems before they become issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years in an operations, logistics, or management role (landscaping, snow removal, construction, or trades experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and departments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
  • Comfort using software tools (Google Workspace, project management tools, fleet tracking, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license (G required; DZ or AZ a strong asset)
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with landscaping/snow equipment is a plus
