Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Operations Manager (OM), you’ll be both a builder and a leader—driving execution, scaling systems, and ensuring excellence across one or two business lines. You’ll lead a team of 4–6, manage cross-functional initiatives, and create the operational infrastructure that fuels growth.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, building processes from scratch, and ensuring teams perform at their best in a fast-moving environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead & Manage Teams – Train, mentor, and guide a 4–6 person team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Own Operations – Oversee daily execution, workflows, and compliance across assigned divisions.
  • Build & Scale Systems – Map workflows, implement SOPs, and introduce process improvements and automation.
  • Drive Performance – Track KPIs, analyze data, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and outcomes.
  • Manage Resources – Oversee budgets, contracts, and procurement with an eye on cost savings and ROI.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain standards, address gaps, and ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Client Partnership – Act as the primary point of contact for key clients: onboarding, issue resolution, renewals, and growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Product, and Legal to align initiatives and deliver results.
