POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial and service work, take pride in craftsmanship, and be committed to delivering top-quality results while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Red Seal)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (commercial and service experience an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportatio
Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, residential, and service settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical code specifications
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code and company safety policies
  • Mentor and support apprentices on job sites
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure expectations are met
