Responsibilities: Recruit, hire, train, direct, evaluate, and mentor staff across multiple locations. Deliver daily operational updates and disseminate information to personnel at all operating sites. Ensure daily performance goals are met and provide productivity status reports to leadership. Oversee technical and analytical components of the operation to achieve both short‑ and long‑term objectives. Establish unit goals, set priorities, manage deadlines, and allocate personnel based on evolving mission needs.
