OPERATIONS MANAGER – CUMBRIA – BOUTIQUE COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL – UP TO £60K – TEMP LIVE IN

An Operations Manager is required in stunning Cumbria countryside for this beautiful boutique, country house hotel.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
Set in a gorgeous area, the venue oozes luxury, with cosy and individually designed bedrooms and a modern fine dining restaurant.
You must have experience running similar standard of property and without similar experience, your application unfortunately can’t be considered.
Along with jaw-dropping views of surrounding countryside, it’s a real destination for guests to dine on the exceptional and indulgent, modern British Cuisine the Head Chef creates from the kitchen.

    As an independently owned establishment, with a tight-knit and long serving workforce, you will be leading a friendly and personable team, and as such will need to have a similar hands-on but also friendly attitude.
    You will be an Operations Manager who is approachable but with extremely high standards, and be able to build and maintain relationships with both customers and your staff.

As Operations Manager you will:

  • Have a solid background working within high level establishments
  • Possess multi-site experience, and experience of running multiple properties
  • Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for and excellent knowledge of the industry
  • Be a hands-on manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service and ensuring your staff do the same
  • Have experience of establishing SOPs be able to put these in to place across the board
  • Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation across multiple sites
