YOUR ROLE As the Operations Manager you will be the backbone of our cyber services business, connecting Sales, Delivery and functional teams to drive speed, clarity and performance. You’ll streamline processes, lift capability, and embed smarter ways of working so our teams can move faster and deliver greater impact. You’ll: Build and run operational metrics and governance that drive performance Simplify and optimise processes to increase velocity and reduce friction Identify automation and tooling opportunities Own procurement policy, systems uplift and reporting Lead Vendor Procurement and Reporting teams Partner across IT, HSE, Quality and Real Estate Enable change and continuous improvement across the business WHAT YOU’LL BRING Strong operations leadership experience (IT services / consulting ideal) Proven process improvement and transformation capability Commercial and financial acumen Ability to influence across stakeholders and lead through change Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and outcomes driven Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
