Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Lucan. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, improving operational systems, processes and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards, and conducting performance reviews. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient workflow, developing operational strategies, and providing administrative support as needed. You will also be onsite talinf with clients so a building/carpentry background/knowledge is essential.

Ability to work on-site in Lucan and onsite in projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
