INDEPENDENT - FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY - EXPANDING GROUP

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who has a love of great food, people and genuine hospitality. Someone with drive and ambition, who can inspire and motivate their teams and themselves whilst delivering an amazing experience for all our guests. To start off, you will be responsible for three venues which have strong sales and stable teams but need leading and direction to take them to the next level.

We are The Grill Pub Co, operating stunning hospitality venues throughout Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. We’re well known for our beautiful venues, our extraordinary guest service and delicious food and classic cocktails. We’re an independent company, with five existing locations and further locations in the pipeline.
We’re looking for passionate hospitality individuals, keen to join us on our journey as we grow and develop our fantastic locations and teams.

Responsibilities

To be a leader of people and to help grow a positive experience and fantastic teams. You will maintain the highest standards of service and operate in line with all company policies. You will be forward thinking and innovative in your approach to sales growth, improving profitability and the guests overall experience.
You will need a sound financial underpinning, with real experience of delivering on set financial targets. You will be responsible for a high turnover operation, so you will need previous experience of leading teams to deliver key set standards and financial targets. In addition, you will lead from the front driving genuine hospitality, delivering amazing food and drinks making wonderful memories for all the team and guests.
You will be measured on key metrics such as guest feedback scores, internal and external audits, profit and loss and adhering / achieving group brand standards. This is a hands-on role, requiring you to be on site and present supporting your teams, and of course, evenings and weekends are part of our working week.
