ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring the highest standards in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service and promptly resolve guest feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and support departmental managers and supervisors, driving staff training and development initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, and more.
• Financial Performance: Collaborate on revenue management and cost control to achieve financial goals.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene, fire, and safety standards.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between departments, driving initiatives that align with the hotel’s business plan.
