Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building and common areas.
Supervise and coordinate MEP systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other building services.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with maintenance contractors and service providers and monitor their work and performance.
Conduct regular inspections of the building, common areas, equipment rooms, plant rooms, and other facilities.
Identify maintenance requirements and arrange timely repairs.
Monitor building equipment such as chillers/AC systems, pumps, elevators, generators, fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, water tanks, and electrical systems.
