COMPANY OVERVIEW

The Lost City Adventure Golf is a fun, interactive, indoor golf attraction, designed to transport visitors into the world of ancient temples and exciting challenges. By day we are a family friendly destination, packed with energy and laughter, and by night it transform into lively social spot, complete with a Tiki bar serving cocktails, drinks and snacks!
Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days with every other weekend off!

SUMMARY

We’re on the lookout for a driven, people focussed Manager to lead, motivate and inspire our team to ensure every visitor enjoys the magic of adventure golf. Alongside running the busy venue we’re looking for a manager who is driven to grow the business, by pushing event sales, building partnerships and actively promoting Lost City within the local community.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Experience in restaurant operations is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as require
