POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day logistics and warehousing operations in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for a strategic problem solver with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Validated operations leadership experience in GxP warehousing, logistics, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience with GxP, BCP, validation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent tools).
• Skilled in project management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Adaptable, meticulous, and committed to continuous improvement.
