  From humble beginnings in a dusty ex-massage parlour (yes, really), Threadheads has exploded into a $20M-a-year eComm beast—fuelled by internet culture, insane custom tees, and a serious addiction to growth. Now, they’re looking for an Operations Manager who can keep the engine running smoothly while the rest of the business keeps pushing boundaries (and buttons).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep the threads flowing: Lead inventory across Melbourne, Miami & China like a logistics wizard.
• Squash bottlenecks: Optimise production workflows and boost warehouse efficiency.
• Move stuff, make money: Oversee imports, 3PLs, and make sure margins stay hot.
• Follow the money: Understand the P&L, balance sheet, and bring insights to the table.
• Upgrade everything: Tech stacks, tools, processes, AI—Threadheads loves automation.
• Big picture stuff: Support capex planning, sustainability, international expansion, and scaling ops like a boss.
• People wrangling: Lead a small but mighty team across CX, fulfilment, and production.

• You’ve previously scaled ops at a high-growth eComm business (bonus points for apparel).
• You think in spreadsheets but dream in automation.
• Supply chains? Logistics? Margin analysis? You eat that stuff for breakfast.
• You’re a builder, a fixer, and a do-er. Strategy + execution = your jam.
• You’re a natural leader who brings energy and momentum wherever you go.

• Direct reports: CX Lead (Philippines), Production Coordinator (Melbourne), Ops Assistant, Warehouse Team
• Tech-savvy? Great. Threadheads runs lean, fast and digital.
• 50% production-focused, 30% CX/fulfilment, 20% financial reporting
• No inventory system (yet). You’ll help choose one that actually works.
