What the job looks like?

  • Daily operational activities of the brokerage.
  • Client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Trade processing, settlements, and operational workflows.
  • Coordination between Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and IT.
  • Ensuring operational procedures comply with SCA regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitoring operational risks and implementing process improvements.
  • Oversight of third-party service providers and outsourced operational functions.
  • Business continuity and operational resilience planning.
  • Handling operational incidents, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate operational records and preparing reports for management and regulators when required.


What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Experience in a UAE-regulated brokerage or financial institution.
  • Knowledge of MT4/MT5, PrimeXM, oneZero, or other brokerage infrastructure.
  • Understanding of payment operations, treasury processes, and client money handling.
  • Professional certifications in operations, project management, risk, or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Experience participating in regulatory audits and external inspections.
