TNK Stay & Play is a full service pet care facility located on Roaches Line (1 hour from St. Johns, 15 minutes from Bay Roberts). We are looking for an outgoing, creative, energetic, animal loving individual to join our team!
Operations Manager
Candidate must:
- have a love for learning & eagerness to expand on their knowledge
- be prepared to work weekends/snow days/holidays/evenings (as needed)
- feel comfortable providing input and giving directions
- strong work ethic and even stronger stomach!
- be able to implement new systems & train staff
- be confident in decision making
- be able to work alone or as part of a team
- have customer service experience
- have management experience
- have accounting experience
- have own transportation
- have experience leading a team
- be organized and detail oriented
- be able to work in a fast very paced environment that has lifting, standing & bending requirements
- be comfortable working around all domestic animals in a wide range of sizes
