Key Responsibilities: As the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies aimed at profitability and success. You will ensure that our branch meets key performance indicators related to effectiveness, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and more.

Key Qualifications:

  • Financial proficiency and budget management skills
  • Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback to your team
  • Minimum of 3 years’ management experience within the recruitment industry
