POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking two experienced Operations Managers to lead and optimize our operations across trade, broadcasting, and other services. This role is vital in managing organizational growth, team performance, and strategic execution.
We need candidates who have experience in handling liquidation business with contacts in Middle eastern countries and Africa. We have focus on these countries to counter the effects of US tariffs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Language: English
• Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university diploma (1–2-year program).
• Experience: 5 years or more in operations management or a related field.
• Budgetary oversight experience ($4M–$8M).
• Proficiency in:
• Inventory control software
• MS Office (Access, Outlook)
• Database management

• Allocate material, human, and financial resources in alignment with organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and key leadership roles.
• Coordinate work across departments, divisions, and regional teams.
• Establish objectives and formulate or approve key policies and business programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives as needed.
• Select, delegate, and support middle managers and senior staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
• Oversee budgeting ($4M–$8M), financial controls, HR planning, and promotional campaigns.
