True Services is a growing company with a focus on completing both interior and exterior maintenance and repairs, mainly for commercial and institutional projects.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Minimum High School Diploma. Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree is considered and asset.
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional level experience with the construction and roofing industries.
• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the related industries. Experience in business development, sales, client management is considered and asset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

• The employee is required to stand, sit, climb ladders, bend, lift, talk and drive a motor vehicle.
• Working at heights on ladders or mechanical lifts may be required depending on the scope or work.
• The employee must be alert, sharp and focused when interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Overtime may be required outside of normal business hours on occasion to meet the demands of the position.
• The position is regionally focused but out of town or overnight travel may be required depending on the nature of work.
