Job Description: As an Operations Manager at Parsons, you will join a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and United States Army. Become part of a diverse group of 500 professionals delivering expertise in operations management, task oversight, and contract deliverable management across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in operations and program management, adept at ensuring the successful execution of all tasks and deliverables to advance Army modernization and support to the warfighter. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and execution of all operational tasks and activities across assigned projects and programs. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items and deliverables. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and maintain high standards of performance. Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and compliance. Maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate operational risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security requirements. Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, government customers, and subcontractors. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, management, or related discipline). 10+ years of professional experience in operations or program management. Active TS/SCI security clearance required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in managing large, complex operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CDRL management and government contract deliverables preferred. Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
