JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and residential experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct the operations of the company, including production, logistics, quality, safety, and customer service
  • Manage and optimize the use of resources, equipment, and facilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed
  • Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulations(legally compliant), best practices, and customer expectations
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and risks, escalating them when necessary
  • Analyze and report on operational and financial metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Formulate, manage and be accountable for budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure alignment and coordination of activities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives
