OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Manager to oversee various operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business operates smoothly and effectively, streamlining processes, and leading a team to achieve our operational goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• 3+ years of experience in operations management in a warehouse, 3PL, or distribution environment
• Experience with one or more WMS systems
• KPI / SLA management experience
• Experience coaching, training, and mentoring warehouse associates

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in supply chain management
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software systems

• Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements for maximization of resource utilization
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present to senior management
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure the operations align with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives and support business growth
