Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (Negotiable DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hour week

You’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating all core operational functions; warehousing, logistics, production and fulfilment, with Customer Service the forefront of everything you, as well as helping embed new digital and process-led improvements across the function.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across warehouse, production, logistics, and customer service
  • Prepare your team for a major ERP transformation (migration to Business Central), including digital picking and barcode scanning
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs (e.g., OTIF, stock accuracy, dispatch rates)
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers
  • Build a strong and accountable team, mentoring 3 direct reports and overseeing approximately 20 operational staff
  • Champion a high-performance, safety-first culture
  • Develop and streamline processes to support scalable growth
