We’re looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations, mentor teams, and ensure safety and quality across projects in the Weyburn region. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience managing field teams or operations in industrial or utility settings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with basic business software (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
• Background in vegetation management, environmental services, or infrastructure
• Experience with fleet and resource planning
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Post-secondary education in Business, Environmental Sciences, Geomatics, or related field

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment logistics
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Mentor and develop field and supervisory teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other divisional managers and key staff
• Monitor budget and improve operational efficiencies and costs
