JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our Singapore team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge, particularly within Jurong Port and its regulatory framework, and be capable of managing complex maritime and logistics operations with precision and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field.
• Solid experience in maritime operations with a strong understanding of Jurong Port procedures and regulations .
• Proven experience managing technical and project-based maritime operations.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational demands.

• Oversee and manage end-to-end vessel and project operations in compliance with Jurong Port regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, agents, port authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of shipping activities.
• Lead and support a variety of technical maritime operations, including cargo handling, project logistics, and port clearance processes.
• Ensure operational accuracy with close attention to detail and maintain high standards in documentation and execution.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, port authorities, and key stakeholders at all times.
• Provide operational reports and feedback to senior management and clients.
