POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will initially take on both editing and operational responsibilities. As we grow, this role will transition into managing and scaling a team of editors and graphic designers while ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong background in video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Experience in project management and client communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using tools like Asana, Google Drive, Slack, Frame.io (or similar).
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a remote creative team.
  • Startup mindset – adaptable, proactive, and eager to build from the ground up.
