Description
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Lead the daily operations of the Visa Medical Fitness Center, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals and support staff. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes, improving patient flow, resource management, and reducing wait times, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the center operates in compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations, including visa medical requirements.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning. Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a superior patient experience by handling patient feedback, resolving complaints, and maintaining a patient-first approach.
  • Resource Management: Manage staffing schedules, inventory of medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency, staff performance, and patient satisfaction. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the medical, administrative, and HR teams to ensure the alignment of operational goals with overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role within a medical fitness center or healthcare environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including visa medical requirements and certifications.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with healthcare software and systems management.
Certification or training in healthcare operations management.
Familiarity with international visa medical standards and health protocols.
