Safety, Compliance & Governance * Lead and promote a strong safety culture across all operations * Conduct safety meetings, incident investigations, and root cause analysis * Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and industry standards * Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and compliance practices Operations Management * Lead execution of operational activities, including resource planning, asset utilization, and inventory management * Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety and operational standards * Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and performance * Provide technical support to teams and customers across job lifecycle * Manage equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with technical specifications Customer & Business Management * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Collaborate with sales teams on bids, pricing, and new business opportunities * Conduct regular service quality reviews with customers * Ensure customer requirements are translated into operational procedures * Drive business growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction Financial Accountability * Own and manage the P&L for the assigned product line/geography * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance * Optimize resource utilization to improve EBITDA * Ensure compliance with financial policies and contract requirements
