Description

Are you ready to become part of a brand that’s redefining luxury and comfort in homes? At Weavve, our mission is to transform homes into havens of relaxation and make a good night’s sleep accessible to everyone; and we’re searching for individuals who are just as passionate about making this a reality.
In our endless search for simple yet appealing home products, we were often faced with frustration and were disappointed at what was available in the market. As such, we started Weavve in 2019 and have stood firmly by one belief since: each Weavve essential is designed to be exactly what we’d enjoy using in our very own homes.

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING

We’re not looking for someone with every single skill checked off. What matters most to us, is strong judgement, a learning mindset, and the drive to build something great.

  • You understand end-to-end supply chain and operations, including demand planning, supplier management, cross-border logistics, warehousing and fulfillment.
  • You’re familiar with import/export processes, trade documentation, trade finance, and working with freight forwarders.
  • You bring experience or working knowledge of retail operations, including promoter recruitment and management.
  • You’ve successfully sourced, negotiated, and managed deals with suppliers and other local or international vendors.
  • You bring strong business acumen, sharp analytical skills and confidence working with data and numbers.
  • You’re adaptable, able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving e-commerce environment.
  • You embrace flexible hours, knowing that cross-border operations and time-sensitive campaigns are part of the e-commerce landscape.
  • You lead with high standards, know how to support team growth, and aren’t afraid to raise the bar when needed.
  • You’re creative, with strong mental agility and critical thinking skills.
  • You’re outcomes-driven, proactive, and hands-on, always focused on solving problems and getting things done.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively across written, verbal, and digital channels.
  • You’re self-motivated yet collaborative, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • You thrive when stretched, get energised when challenged, and love being part of a high-growth, high-energy team.
  • You’re proficient in: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-commerce or marketing tools.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • You do not mind appearing in company content.
  • You have a passion for beautiful home essentials and an eye for great design, and are comfortable appearing in social media content.
