• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Oversee daily operations, including food quuality, service and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, labor, and costs to meet perfromance goals
• Train, coach, and develop crew members for success
• Ensure complience with food safety and company standards
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.
