This is an exciting opportunity to join the VIC Small Business & SME Leadership team, where you’ll work closely with the State Manager and Regional General Managers to support operations, strategy, risk, customer outcomes (NPS), and key communications. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Small Business & SME service offering, contributing to the performance and success of the distribution business across a range of outcomes. As a representative of the National Distribution Operations team, you’ll partner with Small Business & SME RGMs and their teams to drive operational excellence and deliver consistent, high‑quality sales leadership support across regions.
