We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of a 5 star, 5 chair private dental practice. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to drive financial growth while maintaining clinical and service excellence. A competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus scheme is offered.
This is a leadership role focused on execution, consistency, and growth, enabling the Practice Owner to concentrate on strategy.

This is a senior leadership position, working closely with the Practice Owner. You will:

• Lead the team day-to-day, ensuring consistent standards across all areas.
• Drive diary growth and maximise chair utilisation.
• Monitor key performance indicators and deliver financial targets.
• Support marketing and patient journey initiatives to attract and retain patients.
• Ensure practice policies and compliance standards are followed.
